摘要 为了更加深刻地了解生物质的热裂解机理,应用范氏组分分析法测定生物质各组分的质量分数,并对组分分离后的残渣进行热重分析,以得出组分在生物质热裂解中所起的作用.实验发现脂肪、蛋白质等萃取物热裂解行为类似于木质素,但反应速率较高.所有生物质中的纤维素热裂解行为表现一致,但不同生物质中的木质素因物理化学结构很不一致而导致了热裂解行为的差异,在动力学研究中不能使用木质素质量分数较大的样品替代其他种类生物质的木质素进行热裂解行为研究. To find out the biomass pyrolysis mechanism more correctly, kinetic study was conducted, and the component distribution was determined by Van Soest analysis. Kinetic research on biomass and its corresponding components was carried out to investigate the role of components in biomass pyrolysis. Fats and protein behave like lignin in pyrolysis, but their reaction rates are higher than that of lignin. Characteristics of cellulose of all kinds of biomass in pyrolysis are the same. The complicated structure of lignin causes the differences in pyrolysis for different biomass, so pure lignin cannot be used to simulate the lignin pyrolysis in kinetic research.
