中学教师预防艾滋病健康教育的定性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解中学教师艾滋病相关知识和态度,评价在中学开展艾滋病宣传教育的成效和影响因素。方法利用小组访谈的方法,对中学(初中和高中)教师进行访谈。结果中学教师比较认同在中学开展相关的艾滋病宣传教育;但对艾滋病的流行现状、发展趋势和具体的传播知识缺乏深入了解,同时对宣教的重要性认识不足。城镇中学较乡村中学开展艾滋病防治的宣教活动要好。结论应加大学校和社会对艾滋病宣传教育的力度,并采取中学教师和学生更易于接受的宣教形式。 Objective To study the teachers' knowledge and attitude towards AIDS/HIV, and to evaluate the impact and the influencing factors of AIDS health education in middle schools. Methods Focus group discussions were conducted to investigate the teachers in junior high schools or senior ones. Results The teachers agreed on practicing AIDS/HIV propaganda and education in high schools, but they were not conscious of the prevalence situation, the developing trend and the transmission of AIDS/HIV exactly. In comparison with high schools in rural area, high schools in town developed more effective programs of AIDS/HIV propaganda and education. Conclusion There is much demand for devotion to expand AIDS/HIV propaganda and education both in schools and society. Vivid methods which are suitable to teachers and students in high schools should be adopted.
