学校流行性腮腺炎控制效果的影响因素分析 被引量:24

摘要 目的分析流行性腮腺炎(简称“流腮”)爆发期间采取控制措施后病例出现情况,为缩短流行时间和制定控制措施提供依据。方法利用自行设计的调查表,采取面对面调查与访谈相结合的方式对随机选取的7所学校的相关人员进行调查。结果各学校均在首例病例出现后及时采取了控制措施,但每月仍有病例发生;与首发病例有邻班关系的发病率较高(χ2=47.41,P=0.00);7所学校在流腮流行期间均未停止打破班级界限开展的兴趣课。结论应严格控制流行性腮腺炎病人的隔离时间,加强疫苗接种的宣教工作,流腮流行期间不同班级学生应减少接触。 Objective To analyze the amount of cases after taking control measures in the period of epidemic parotitis, and to shorten epidemic time after epidemic parotitis outbreak, and to provide bases for prevention and control measures of epidemic parotitis outbreak in school. Methods By using a self-designed questionnaire, headmasters, school doctors and teachers were investigated. Results Every school took control measures in time after the first case appeared, but cases happened in each month. Higher incidence rate was found in the class close to the first case (χ^2=47.41, P=0.00), All the seven schools did not stop the interesting class. Conclusion Insulation time of parotitis patients should be strictly controlled and education of vauihation should be strengthened.
