网络技术的发展和物流业的兴起,使一些先进国家开始采用虚拟企业这种组织形态来快速低成本的生产产品。制造机械产品的虚拟企业在计算机网络技术和计算机辅助制造系统(CIMS)的软硬件环境的支撑下,由多个企业组成动态的联盟,有效的实现各成员企业之间的耦合,产生1+1>2的乘数效应。机械制造类企业应把现有的数控机床等一些“自动化孤岛”通过接口技术与虚拟企业的网络管理系统实现对接,并采用先进的生产技术和超前的经营理念。

The development of the network technology and the rise of the logistics help some advanced countries to organize the virtual enterprise to manufacture the speedy and low-cost products. Our enterprises should actively study the development of the virtual enterprise, co-operate with each other and make full use of our resources and design the strategy to set up the virtual enterprise.
