摘要
在PLC控制系统的应用中,经常会遇到信号干扰现象,这些干扰主要是一些不同的干扰源,通过一定的干扰途径对PLC控制系统进行干扰。为抑制干扰源对PLC系统的干扰,主要通过“合理的选择PLC系统中的设备”、“应用屏蔽措施”、“正确的接地和搭接”、“采用滤波技术”和“正确的使用电缆敷设”几个方面解决PLC控制系统的干扰问题。
We always meet the phenomenon of signal-to-noise in application of PLC control system. The interference, some interference source of different feature, interferes with PLC control system on some imerference path. We solve the problem with signal-to-noise in PLC control system on the way of proper equipment in PLC control system selection, application of containment shell, exactly earth connect and lap joint, application of filtering, application of cable running to barrage interfering.
