新型工业化视角下的区域制造业竞争力构成要素分析

Analysis the Composing Factors of District Manufacturing Competition Ability from the View of New Industrialization

20世纪80年代以来,竞争力的研究成为热点。但有关产业竞争力的研究大多集中在基础层面和国家宏观层面,缺少对产业内部竞争力层面的研究。制造业是我国国民经济的支柱产业,是我国实现工业化的重要支撑。党的十六大提出了新型工业化的发展战略,本文从新型工业化的角度,综合国内外有关区域产业竞争力的研究,界定了区域制造业竞争力的涵义,阐明了区域制造业竞争力的构成要素,即区域制造业的经济效益竞争力、科技创新竞争力、资源节约和环境保护竞争力。

Since 1980＇s, the research of competition ability has become a bit hot. But the research about industry competition ability is mostly concentrated in the foundational aspect and national macroscopic aspect, and lacking of the research about the internal competition ability of industry. Manufacturing is the pillar industry in our country, and it is the most important industry for our nation to carry out the industrialization. The Sixteenth National Congress of Our Party has put forward a new industrialization strategy. From the view of new industrialization, this paper defines the meaning of district manufacturing competition ability based on the district industry competition ability theories of our country and aboard, and clarifies its composing factors which are competition ability of economic benefit, science and technology innovation, resource saving and environmental protection.
