摘要 针对目前油田普遍使用的游梁式抽油机的驱动电机运行过程中功率因数和效率较低的问题,基于带补偿的恒转矩控制技术,研究开发了一种基于TMS320LF2407A高性能DSP的变频控制系统,通过对定子电压的实时最优控制,提高了电机的功率因数,使运行效率最佳;介绍了系统的外围设备,给出了系统的软件控制思路,实际运行结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定可靠,精确度和稳定性均达到了设计要求。 According to the problem that the efficieney and power factor of the driving motors of beam-pumping units widely used in oil fields are usually low, Based on constant torque control with compensation, a new kind of control system using DSP named TMS320LF2407A with high performance is presented. Through optimum control on the stator's voltage, power factor is increased, and the efficiency is ameliorated. Peripheric facilities are introduced, as well as the thoughtway of program control. The practical results shows that the control system is steady and reliable, and the accuracy and stability fulfill the project demand.
