摘要 针对原监控和计量系统通讯速度慢、数据处理和用户界面上的缺陷,采用力控组态软件设计罐区监控与计量系统。新的软件与原有的硬件设备无缝结合,实现数据高效采集、实时处理、系统稳定性高、用户界面友好的使用效果,顺利完成对原系统的改造。采用粗糙集对检测的参数进行了约简,实现了检测噪声的过滤并提高了故障诊断的效率,为罐区安全生产提供了可靠的技术保证。 To the problem that the slow data processing and limitation of user interface of the old monitor and control system and computation system, supervisory control system of tank area and computation system are worked out using Forcecontrol software. The new software and old hardware equipment can realize seamless connection. The alteration of the primary system is completed. The highness data collection, real time process, high stability and friendly UI are realized. Rough set is adopted to reduce the parameters, noise filtration is completed and the efficiency of fault diagnosis is raised.
