Clinical Observation of Legg-Perthes Disease

目的观察滑膜切除、骺颈减压、复方丹参治疗Legg—Perthes病的效果。方法按Catterall’s分期选择Legg—Perthes病Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病例共71例进行滑膜切除、骺颈减压，术后给予复方丹参治疗。结果获得随访64例，随访期1～10年，平均随访4．5年，按髋关节功能及X线改变为评价依据，优80％，良11．4％，优良率可达91．4％。结论该方法对Catterall’s分期Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患儿疗效优良，可明显恢复骨骺发育，减少病残。

Objective The clinical observation of the result of synovectomy and fenestration and decompression procedure of head neck of femur and osteoepiphysis and Complex Salvia miltiorrhiza by intravenous transfusion after operation treatment of cases of Legg-Perthes disease. Methods In 71 cases of Legg-Perthes disease beglonging to group Ⅱ or Ⅲ or Ⅳ according to Catterall＇s classification,synovectomy and fenestration and decompression procedure of head neck of femur and osteoepiphysis were done and Complex Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment were done by intravenous transfusion after operation. Results The results of treatment were evaluated according to function of hip joint and change of X-ray picture. The total excellent rate was 80% and good 11.4% ,fine rate was 91.4% by cases were followed up for 1-10 years, average 4. 5 years. Conclusion The treatment of above is an effective measure to adapte the patients of Catterall group Ⅱ and Ⅲ ,It can obviously repair development of osteoepiphysis and decrease disability of disease.
