摘要 目的:探讨白细胞介素6(IL-6),干扰素γ(IFN-γ),肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)在G raves病(GD)发病机制中的作用,寻找GD新的诊断指标。方法:用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定试验组68例GD患者和对照组29健康人IL-6、IFNγ-、TNF-α血中浓度,同时,用电化学发光法测定试验组和对照组成员促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺激素(FT4)。结果:试验组GD患者血中浓度IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α均高于对照组(P<0.05)。FT3、FT4分别与IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α不相关(P>0.05)。结论:IL-6、IFNγ-、TNF-α参与了GD的发病,在GD发病机制中起重要的作用,在临床上似可作为诊断GD的参考指标。 Aim: To investigate the role of the interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ), interferon-γ( IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the pathogenesis of Graves disease (GD) and try to find the index of diagnosing GD. Methods: Serum concentrations of IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α in 68 patients with graves disease and 29 healthy subjects were measured by RIA and double-antibodies ELISA; Meanwhile the levels of TSH, FT3 ,FT4 also were measured by ECLIA in them. Results: IL-6, IFN-γ,TNF-α levels in GD patients were significantly higher than those in control subiects(P 〈0. 05). There were no correlations between the serum levels of FT3 , FT4 and IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α ( P 〉 0. 05 ) Conclusion: IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α take part in the GD pathogenesis and may play some important roles in the immunopathogenesis of GD and can act as referance indexes to diagnose GD.
