在碱性条件下,高碘酸钾氧化鲁米诺可产生化学发光,没食子酸对其有很强的增敏作用。基于此体系,结合流动注射法建立了化学发光增强法测定中药没食子中没食子酸的方法。测定没食子酸的线性范围为5.0×10-9~1.0×10-5mol/L,检出限为9.8×10-10mol/L;对浓度为5.0×10-7mol/L的没食子酸进行了11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.4%。该方法用于测定中药没食子中没食子酸的含量,结果令人满意。
A flow injection method was established for the determination of gallic acid in gallnut with enhanced chemiluminescent detection based on Luminol-KIO4 system. Under basic conditions, Luminol-KIO4 system produces chemiluminescence, which can be strongly enhanced by gallic acid. The linear range for gallic acid is 5.0×10^-6 mol/L with the detection limit of 9.8× 10^-10 mol/L. The RSD is 1.4% (n= 11) for 5.0×10^ -7 gallic acid. The method has been used to determine the content of gallic acid in Chinese medicine gallnut with satisfaction.
