摘要
文章对危险货物集装箱开箱检查的具体做法进行了探讨,并针对开箱检查发现的问题提出了对危险货物集装箱运输安全监督管理的建议。
This paper discusses about the implementation of the open-door inspection as a specific measure for control of containers packed with dangerous goods.It also provides some suggestions related to safe carriage and control of dangerous goods containers based on some problems found.
