摘要
最近几年全球范围内出现拆除水坝的现象,以美国的大坝拆除为例,对此进行了相应的概述。分析了水坝拆除的原因,并对拆坝现象进行了哲学方面的思考,最后提出生态平衡下的生态水工才是可持续工程发展的前提。
Taking American dam removal for example,the author outlines the worldwide phenomenon of dam removal in recent years.On the basis of analyzing,the causes for the removal and considering it from the philosophical point of view,the author comes to the conclusion that the development of hydroelectric engineering with respect to the ecological balance is the prerequisite of the sustainable project construction.
