摘要
风险分析在防洪减灾工作中是一种重要的非工程措施。通过对防洪系统风险分析的综合研究,系统论述了国内外采用的风险识别和风险估计方法,并给出了应用实例。
Flood risk analysis is an important method for flood prevention.The author suggested the important methods at home and abroad after an overall research about flood risk analysis,and an example is discussed.
