摘要 大量的气象观测资料分析表明,黑龙江省自上世纪80年代以来气候明显变暖,120年来气温上升1.4℃,近50年来气温上升1.0℃,黑龙江省成为全国气候变暖中心。从季节来看,冬季变暖幅度最大,春季次之,夏秋季变暖不明显。未来30、50 a气候预测表明,气候变暖还将继续,其中2030年年平均可提高1.94℃,2050年年平均将提高2.42℃。气候变暖导致极端灾害天气气候的发生,积温的增加可使全省粮食增产10%~13%,而喜凉作物则会受气候变暖的影响。 Climate is getting warm in Heilongjiang since the 1880's , the mean annual temperature rises 1.4 ℃ ; in recent 50 years temperature rises 1.0℃, Heilongjiang become warmer center. Having compared the annual and the four season's average temperature change tendency of Heilongjiang Province with that of the nation, we concluded that the warmer center of the year was winter located in Heilongjiang Province. Climate prediction of Heilongjiang over the next 30 and 50 years shows that in average temperature Heilongjiang is projected to increase 1.94 ℃ by 2030 and 2.42 ℃ by 2050. The warm climate leading to weather disasters occurred, accumulated temperature makes with the crop yield increase 10 % -13 %, cool-loving economic crops is affected in certain degree.
