傅里叶变换光谱学中切趾函数对相位校正的影响

摘要 研究了傅里叶变换光谱学中采用不同切趾函数对相位校正的影响,进行了模拟数据计算和实验光谱研究。理论分析和实验结果表明:采用Mertz相位校正法,不同切趾函数对校正结果影响很小;但采用Forman相位校正法时,不同切趾函数对校正结果的影响明显不同。Formsn法时余弦函数的校正效果最佳,Happ-Genzel函数次之,而市售仪器中常用的三角形切趾函数效果不好。 The effects of apodization on phase correction in FTS are investigated. Analogous data calculation and experimental spectrum studies are carried out. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the difference between effects of different apodization functions on phase correction is small when Mertz method is used, but the difference is obvious when Forman method is used. The best result is obtained with cosine function of Forman method. Happ-Genzel function comes second, The commonly used triangular function is not suitable.
