鼻内镜在鼻骨骨折复位术中的临床应用

Application of endoscopic reduction in nasal bone fracture

目的:研究鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术的可行性。方法:对40例闭合性鼻骨骨折患者,在仰卧位下行鼻内镜检查,直视下行鼻骨塌陷处的局部浸润麻醉、鼻骨复位。结果:内镜下40例均可观察到鼻骨向后移位及3例伴有鼻中隔骨折,局部麻醉效果好,直视下准确将复位器置鼻骨塌陷处,并同时处理伴发鼻中隔骨折。结论:鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术具有能对鼻骨骨折情况作全面评价,麻醉效果好,准确复位,鼻腔损伤小等优点。

Objective：To study the possibility of reduction of nasal bone fracture under nasal endoscope.Methods：Forty patients with closed fracture of nasal bone were inspected by nasal endoscope,and were operated on the nasal bone replacement in the recumbent position under the local infiltration anesthesia in the collapse location of nasal bone fracture.Results：The nasal bone shifting towards the back was found in all 40 cases under nasal endoscope,in which there were 3 cases accompanied by fracture of nasal septum.The effect of local anesthesia was good.The reductor could be accurately placed under the collapse location of nasal bone fracture by direct view,and the fracture of nasal septum was treated at the same time.Conclusion：Endoscopic nasal bone replacement can overall evaluate the state of nasal bone fracture,reduce accurately and make little injury in nasal cavity with good effect of anesthesia.
