摘要
创新学分制是对现行学分制的完善和补充,是学分制的一个新的增长点。论述创新学分制的内涵、内容及实施创新学分制应采取的对策措施。
Creative credit is perfect and complementary to the credit system at present time. It is also the new point of increase. The creative credit system is expounded. The content of the creative credit and some ways of how to carry on it are also mentioned.
