摘要
通过电子探针附带扫描背散射电子成像(SEM)观察分析了ZA43合金的显微结构和相组成。利用电子探针对合金中各相的元素分布进行了分析。研究了变质ZA43合金铸态组织中含0.15%混合稀土的存在形式。实验结果表明,稀土元素主要分布于合金组织的晶界上,并以稀土金属化合物的形式存在。在枝晶中心和枝晶边缘没有发现稀土元素。稀土在α相的边缘含量较低,在η相中未见存在。ZA43合金经稀土调质,细化了合金晶粒。
The being way of 0.15 percent mixture rare-earth of casting structure in modifying ZA43 alloy was studied through SEM- EPMA by which the microstructure and element distribution of every phase on the sample was analyzed. The result shows that rare- earth is on the grain boundary existed as intermetaUic rare-earth compound. There is no rare-earth present in centre and edges of the dendrite crystal, so is no in the 71 phase. Only a little rare-earth appears on the edge of a phase. The grains in ZA43 were fined due to rare-earth present.
