输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道球部损伤

Treatment of ureteroscope realignment of ruptured bulbous urethral (report of 16 cases)

目的探讨输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道球部损伤的治疗效果和输尿管镜下尿道会师术的处理要点。方法回顾性分析了输尿管镜下尿道会师16例的临床资料。结果16例全部1次手术治疗成功,6～12个月后尿流动力学检查,最大尿流率皆大于15mL/s。结论输尿管镜下尿道会师术手术时间短,创伤小,恢复快,效果好,值得推广。

[Objective] To explore the clinical effects of ureteroscope realignment of ruptured bulbous urethral. [Methods] 16 cases of therapeutic effects with ureteroscopy from January 2000 to July 2006 were studied retrospectively. [Results] All the 16 cases are successful, each with only one operation. Qmax was more than 15mL/s in all patients after operation in 6-12 months. [Conclusions] Ahe ureteroscopy has the advantages of shorter operation time and less trauma and rapider recovery, and it is superior to open surgery in respect of therapeutic effects in interlocking bulbous urethroplassty and this method is worth learning.
