摘要
武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥主塔墩深基础采用双壁钢吊箱围堰工厂整体制造、浮运的施工方案,吊箱围堰集钢护筒插打定位、导向、钻孔作业平台、承台施工功能于一体。2号与3号主塔墩围堰分别采用锚墩加预应力钢绞线精确定位工艺及重锚加定位船定位方案。主要介绍主塔墩基础的关键施工技术。
The construction scheme prepared for deep foundations of pylon piers of Wuhan Tianxingzhou Changjiang River Rail-cum-Road Bridge was to fabricate each of the double-wall steel boxed cofferdams in integrity in workshop and deliver the cofferdams to the pier sites by floating. The boxed cofferdams were designed to have all functions in one including those of positioning and guiding for setting and driving bored pile steel casings, working platforms for boring construction and construction of pile caps. The cofferdams for pylon piers No. 2 and No. 3 were to be respectively accurately positioned by both the anchor piers and prestressing strands and to be finally set to their positions by the heavy anchors and positioning barges, in this paper, the key techniques for construction of the foundations of the pylon piers are mainly dealt with.
