Design and Innovation of Overhead Launching Gantry for 40-m Span Railway Box Girders of Wuhan Tianxing zhou Changjiang River Rail-cum-Road Bridge

武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥北引桥下层40 m铁路箱梁有墩宽、双幅并列等特点,本移动模架造桥机充分利用其特点,在钢箱梁及侧模、底模系统、走行等方面进行了创新。

The 40-m span railway box girders for the lower deck of the north approach bridge of Wuhan Tianxingzhou Changjiang River Rail-cum-Road Bridge are characteristic of same width with that of the piers and twin separated structures that are arranged in parallel. In consideration of the characteristics as mentioned above, the design and innovation have been made for the overhead launching gantry （slide shuttering form type） to be used for erection of the girders in aspect of the steel box girders, side and bottom form systems and traveling of the gantry.
