摘要
文章介绍了基于瞬变磁场或瞬变脉冲技术对埋地管道腐蚀地面检测技术的研究及应用情况,重点分析了响应信号的性质特征、采集方法、问题解释、误差以及控制误差的思路。中国石化胜利油田有限公司对河口、孤东、胜利、东辛、滨南等采油厂的输油、输气、污水等埋地管线用瞬变电磁技术进行腐蚀检测并经开挖验证表明,管壁厚度检测符合率达93.3%,其中53%的点与实测壁厚的偏差小于3%。
The research and application of transient electric magnetic field testing technology for monitoring the wall thickness of buried pipelines are presented. The features of response signals, acquisition method, interpretation, error and error control etc are analyzed. The open- pit measurements verify that 93 % of wall thicknesses monitoredby the transient electric magnetic field testing technology for the buried oil, gas, and water pipelines of Hekou, Gudong, Shengli, Dongxin and Binnan oil production plants of SINOPEC Shengli Oil Co., Ltd. are substantially consistent with actual measurement results. The error of wail thickness of 53 % of the monitoring points by transient electric magnetic field testing is less than 3 % as compared with the actual measurements.
