摘要
针对在含有大量水蒸气的燃气中1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢发生严重氧化的现象,分析了在高温水蒸气环境中1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的氧化特征和机理。通过X射线衍射分析验证了高温水蒸气氧化膜是由外层和内层构成的物理模型,建立了数学分析模型并通过计算得到了一定工况下氧化动力学曲线和扩散元素的扩散摩尔分数分布曲线。
1Cr18Ni9Ti is severely oxidized in high temperature fired- gas containing water vapor. This paper analyzes the 1Cr18Ni9Ti' s oxidation mechanism and characteristics in high temperature fired - gas containing water vapor. The physical model containing the outer layer and the internal layer is tested and analyzed by X - ray diffraction tests. The mathematical model is built to calculate the curves of the oxidation kinetics and the elements' distribution under certain conditions.
