海上油田压裂用助排剂的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 水力压裂是油气井增产、注水井增注的一项重要措施。助排剂可以降低压裂液的表面张力或油水界面张力,增大与岩石的接触角,降低压裂液返排时遇到的毛管阻力。由于压裂液返排受诸如地层排液的能量(压力)、人工排液能量、破胶返排液粘度、压裂液和地层流体是否乳化、压裂液是否引起粘土膨胀、毛管阻力造成压裂液阻滞等因素的影响,一般无法比较加与不加助排剂的压裂液返排量而得出助排率。针对这种情况,文章给出了计算助排剂助排效率试验的尝试,以期对助排剂的性能做全面评价。 Pressing crack is one of important means for increasing oil and gas well production and water injection of injection well. Drainage aid works to reduce surface tension of oil and water interface, increase the angle with rock and lower the capillary resistance in draining pressing crack liquid. As drainage of pressing crack liquid is affected by a number of factors such as the pressure of formation, drainage liquid viscosity, emulsification of pressing crack liquid and formation liquid, clay expansion by pressing crack liquid and blocking of pressing crack liquid resulted from capillary resistance, it is difficult to get the drainage rates of pressing crack liquid with and without addition of drainage aid. The paper presents a trial calculation of the drainage rate of pressing crack liquid with drainage aid and evaluation of the drainage aid performances.
