摘要
“改进层次分析法”克服了“层次分析法”判断矩阵难以到达一致性的不足,使得确定出因素的权重更加客观和准确。应用此方法确定了影响管道腐蚀的20个主要因素的权重,从计算结果来看,影响管道腐蚀的主要是外部因素,而其中土壤的pH值,土壤中水与盐的质量分数,土壤空隙度又是比较主要的影响因素,与实际情况基本吻合。该方法具有一定的实用性,为建立管道安全评价模型所需各因素的权重提供了新的计算方法。
The "modified analytic hierarchy process" (MAHP) has overcome the insufficiency of matrix in consistency of "analytic hierarchy process" (AHP) and yielded more objective and accurate weights of factors. The weights of 20 factors affecting corrosion of pipelines were determined by using MAHP. The calculation results showed that external factors are the major causes of pipeline corrosion. Whereas, pH value, water and salt mass fractions and porosity of soil also play an important role in corrosion. These are substantially constant with the actual operation. The MAHP, which is very practical, provides a new technique for calculating the weights of various factors in the establishment of pipeline safety assessment model.
