摘要
讨论集正温、负温或临界热敏器件于一体的互补型敏感元件的特性分析，并研究其工艺的可行性，提出开发应用的价值及其前景．
A complementary type thermosensitive unit is presented. It is the integration of those ones withpositive,negative and critical temperature coefficient. The authors analyse its characteristics ; and discuss thefeasibility of its technology; and point out the value and prospect of its development and application.
