酵母菌体外药物敏感性试验方法研究进展

Study on sensitivity test method of yeast fungus in vitro

近年来真菌感染尤其是酵母样真菌感染的发病率和严重程度逐年上升,且随着耐药菌株的不断出现,抗真菌药物的选择受到限制。因此,常规进行真菌的体外药敏试验是非常必要的。本文综述了酵母样真菌常用的几种体外药敏试验方法进展。

The frequency of invasive fungal infections,especially for the yeast, has risen dramatically in recent years, increasing antifungal selection pressure and the emergence of antifungal resistance. So it is necessary to do fungi susceptibility test in vitro. In this article,some common methods of fungi susceptibility test in vitro were reviewed.
