摘要
目的优选银杏叶总黄酮醇苷和总内酯的提取方法。方法以提取后银杏叶总黄酮醇苷和总内酯的含量为评价指标,通过正交试验优选最佳提取工艺,即选择不同提取时间、乙醇量和乙醇浓度作为相关因素,初步优化了提取工艺。结果及结论结果表明,银杏叶最佳提取工艺为:加药材15倍量(9,6)60%乙醇,回流2次,每次1.5h。
OBJECTIVE To study the optimal extraction process of Ginkgo leaf. METHODS It was investigated by orthogonal experiment for the three factors（the extraction time,the uolume of ethanol and the concentration of ethanol）With the content of the total flavones and ginkgolides. RESULTS and CONCLUSION It was shown that the optimal process was composed of the 15 times（9,6） 60% ethanol,The reflux for 2 times and one and half hours every time.
