针药并用治疗脑卒中后抑郁症30例疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Combined Acupuncture and Medicine for Treating 30 Post-stroke Depression Patients

目的对照观察针药结合与单纯西药治疗中风后抑郁症（PSD）的疗效及不良反应。方法采用开放性对照研究方法,将93例抑郁症患者随机分为三组,针药组30例、百忧解A组30例、百忧解B组33例。针药组口服百忧解20 mg/d并加以针刺,百忧解A组口服百忧解20 mg/d,百忧解B组口服百忧解20~40 mg/d;三组治疗时间均为42 d,以汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及副反应观察量表（TESS）分别观察三组的疗效及不良反应。结果针药组有效率为86.7%,百忧解A组为63.3%,百忧解B组为87.9%,针药组疗效优于百忧解A组,与百忧解B组疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但药物不良反应发生率百忧解B组高于针药组。结论针药并用是脑卒中后抑郁症的一种疗效确切且副反应少的治疗方法。

Objective To comparatively investigate the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine on post-stroke depression （PSD） and the adverse response. Methods An open control study was made. Ninety-three depression patients were randomly allocated to three groups,an acupuncture-medicine group of 30 cases,a Prozac A group of 30 cases and a Prezac B group of 33 cases. The acupuncture-medicine group took Prozac 20 mg/d and received acupuncture additionally. The Prozac A group took Prozac 20 mg/d. The Prozac B group took Prozac 20 -40 mg/d. All the three groups were treated for 6 weeks. The curative effect and adverse response were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS） in the three groups. Results The effective rate was 86.7% in the acupuncture-medicine group and 87.9% in the Prozac B group;there was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups（P 〉 0.05 ）. But the rate of adverse drug response was higher in the Prozac B group than in the acupuncture-medicine group. Conclusion Combined use of acupuncture and medicine has an exact curative effect on post-stroke depression with little side effect.
