Influence of Early Acupuncture on Cerebral Resuscitation in Cardiac Arrest Patients

目的观察早期针刺对心脏骤停患者脑复苏的影响。方法将43例心脏骤停经初步心肺复苏成功的患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西医综合治疗,针刺组在西医综合治疗基础上早期加用针刺治疗,通过记录并对比两组患者各时期格拉斯哥昏迷评分,评价两组患者神经功能改善状况。结果针刺组格拉斯哥昏迷评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期针刺可促进心肺复苏后患者脑功能的恢复。

Objective To investigate the influence of early acupuncture on cerebral resuscitation in cardiac arrest patients. Methods Forty-three patients who had obtained successful cardio-pulmonary resuscitation after they had cardiac arrest were ranomly allocated to two groups. The control group received a composite treatment of Western medicine and the treatment group, a composite treatment of Western medicine plus early acupuncture. Improvement in neural function was evaluated in both groups by a record of Glasgow Coma Scores in each stage and comparison of them between the two groups. Results Glasgow Coma Score was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Early acupuncture can promote the recovery of cerebral function in patients who obtained cardio-pulmonary resuscitation.
