摘要
中国体育仲裁立法的首要价值目标当是公正。体育仲裁规范应当具有统一性和开放性,应当确立仲裁组织的中立性以及确立纠纷当事人在仲裁程序中地位的平等性。
The basic value aims of Chinese sports arbitration should be just. The principles that apply to sports arbitration lie in that sports arbitation should be unique,open,neutral and equal.
