摘要
运用“教师领导行为量表”、“学生学校情境量表”和“学生在校行为量表”,调查796名大学生知觉到的体育教师领导行为及其心理压力和心理适应状况。结果表明:学生心理压力与知觉到的教师权威行为呈非常显著的正相关,与民主行为呈非常显著的负相关。心理适应与之相反,学生知觉到教师民主行为越多,心理压力就越小,心理适应越好;知觉到教师权威行为越多,心理压力越大,心理适应越差;大一学生的心理压力与教师权威行为有一定关系,大二学生的心理适应与教师民主行为有一定关系。
In this research, by applying "Questionnaire of teacher's leader behavior" , "Reports about school circumstance " and "Questionnaire of student behavior in college" to select 796 college students in Zhejiang province, the results show that the student's psychological pressure had the positive correlation with the teacher's authoritative behavior the perceived, and had the negative correlation with the democracy and indulgent behavior; The student's psychological adaptation had the positive correlation with the teacher's democracy and indulgent behavior; and had the negative correlation with authoritative behavior; And providing some advices to update teacher's educational idea, do much democracy behavior for students, and exploit the student's leading action.
