摘要
建立了曲柄连杆机构的可靠性模型,并提出了通用的n中取k模型。引进了可行程度和重要度两个参数,将现有的成本函数改进为广义成本函数,以改进后的广义成本函数为目标函数,以系统可靠度为约束条件,利用遗传算法对曲柄连杆机构的可靠性进行了分配。提出了零部件重要度的确定方法,为汽车产品的可靠度分配和优化问题提出了解决方案。
A reliability model of crank mechanism was built, and the general k/n model was presented. Importance and feasibility was introduced to improve the existing cost function to generalized cost function. The reliability of crank mechanism was allocated with genetic algorithm(GA), taking generalized cost function as objective function and system reliability as constraint. The method to determine importance was improved, which solves the reliability allocation and optimization of automobile production.
