浅谈低温甲醇洗和NHD工艺技术经济指标对比

Economic Target Contrast of Low Temperation Methanol Scrubbing and NHD

低温甲醇洗是目前国内大氮肥厂家用得较多的气体净化法,而聚乙二醇二甲醚(国外商品代号为Se-lexol,国内商品代号为NHD)则在国外大氮肥厂应用较多,国内目前仅1家应用。这2种气体净化法到底那一种较好,本文从技术经济指标出发加以对比,并对Selexol法的设计工作提出一些建议。

The rectisol （low temeration methanol scrubbing） gas clean was used in most of large nitrogen fertilizer factory in domestic,and the dimethy ether of polyethylene glycor （NHD） was used in foreign large nitrogen fertilizer factory. The technology economy targets of these two processes were compared. Some suggestions for the selexol design were given.
