摘要 Xu Wenrong assembled 120 construction teams from the surrounding villages,and within a few months,director Xie Jin had his Canton streets. WELCOME to Hengdian, backdrop to the palace of the Qin emperor who unified China, royal resi-dences of the Ming and Qing dynasties, and a life-sized version of Tian'anmen Rostrum. This small village in Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province is a favorite shooting location for Chinese film and TV drama makers. It is often home to 10 film/TV drama crews, andreceives millions of tourists every year. Also known as "Chinawood," the popular shooting destination was born just a dozen years ago, from a local entrepreneur's dream.
