透析治疗与环境保护

摘要透析是急、慢性肾衰竭患者治疗的主要方式。透析使用大量的可弃性医疗用品,以保证全身循环或腹膜腔处于无菌环境,但这些医疗用品的使用会产生大量医疗废品,其焚烧产物(如二噁英)会污染环境并持续存在于食物链中,对环境和人类健康造成危害。
