摘要 为提高铝镇静钢酸溶铝的命中率,开发出吹氩站钢水定氧一次加铝的新工艺。讨论影响酸溶铝控制的一些关键因素,并在生产实践中,通过定氧加铝工艺控制钢水酸溶铝,使质量合格率和成分命中率均稳定在99.9%的高水平上。 To raise the hitting rate of the acid-soluble aluminum a new process of deoxidation of the hot metal by adding aluminum only once in the argon bubbling station is developed. The present paper discusses the key factors affecting the acid-soluble aluminum and introduces how to control the acid-soluble aluminum in steel by application of the new process of deoxidation of liquid steel with addition of aluminum and as the result, both the quality rate and hitting rate of chemical compositions of the steel remains steadily at the level of 99.9 %.
