摘要
对比5种中碳钢保护渣对结晶器热流的影响,发现不同的保护渣对结晶器的热流有明显的影响,结晶器热流过大或热流稳定性越差铸坯产生纵裂的概率越大。对渣膜取样研究表明,保护渣对结晶器热流的控制是通过渣膜结构来实现的,要得到控制热流好的渣膜结构必须保证渣膜的高结晶率。总结出了适合邯钢中碳钢生产的保护渣组成。
Five different mold powders used for medium carbon steel casting were compared. The more violent the heat flux is, the larger possibility the thin slab longitudinal cracking occurs. Heat transfer from strand to mold copper plate is controlled by the slag film in between. To obtain good slag film structure,it is important to have a high crystal rate of the slag. Optimum mold powder composition was adopted for medium carbon steel thin slab casting at Handan Steel.
