Community,Social Capital and Social Culture

在计划经济体制向市场经济体制结构性变迁中,社区才能真正成为人们生活的基本场域,才能呈现出社会性和联系性,但当前的现实是社区更多地表现为地域性和原子性,这主要根源于社会资本和社区文化的缺失,增加社会资本积累和建构社区文化存量是社区回归其本真样态的可能途径。

In the structural change from the planned economic system to the market economic system, community is the real basic living field for residents and can show its linkage with society. However, in reality it embodies more relation with region and the individual, which mainly stems from the absence of social capital and community culture. The accumulation of social capital and the construction of community culture are the possible way for community to return to its true self. Key words：
