When Chinese static defensive and inclusive culture crosses with the aggressive and pioneering capitalist culture, we should take a vertical and horizontal attitude to make a critical exchange and integration with the latter. In the same way, we should establish the national cultural security strategies in the collisions between Chinese and western culture and develop Chinese culture.
