Inversion Algorithm Study on Concentration Measurement of Flue Gas From Coal-fired Boiler Based on Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy

摘要 根据被测对象在所选波段具有差分吸收结构的光谱特性,研究了一种改进的基于差分吸收光谱法(DOAS)的气体浓度反演算法。在该算法中,考虑了噪声、颗粒群散射以及干扰气体的影响。应用该算法在给定光程下分别对一种气体和几种气体的混合物,以及在不同光程下同一浓度的气体进行了数值模拟。结果表明,该算法具有良好的抗噪声和抗干扰性能,并且浓度反演误差基本在1%以内,研究还给出了在不同光程下对浓度值极高或极低(mg/m3)的待测气体“测量”结果的比较。 Based on differential optical absorption spectroscopy(DOAS), an improved inversion algorithm of gas concentration is studied according to the differential absorption structure of being measured object at the selected wavelength region. Noise and scattering of multiple particles are considered together with the interference of other gases in the algorithm. Numerical simulation is carded out for a gas and a mixture of several kinds of gas at the given light path length respectively and also for gas with the same concentration at different light path length. Results are shown that the algorithm has good performance of antinoise and anti-jamming and the errors of concentration inversion results are basically within 1 percent. Simultaneously, the comparisons of inversion results are given for the gas with extremely high or low(mg/m^3) concentration at different light path length.
