摘要 提出了最优协调电压紧急控制新模型,新模型考虑了负荷动态以及控制的连续/离散特性,在紧急情况下能够从全局意义上协调位于不同地理位置的各种不同类型的控制,以保持系统电压稳定,防止电压崩溃。电压稳定的性能指标采用负荷母线电压偏差的积分形式。基于最优控制原理中的变分原理,严格推导了性能指标相对控制的灵敏度。该灵敏度可以通过准稳态快速时域仿真计算得到,因而可将复杂的、难于处理的最优协调电压紧急控制模型转换为易于处理的混合整数线性规划问题。在新英格兰测试电力系统上的算例研究验证了该模型及其求解算法的有效性。 This paper presents an innovative model for optimal coordinated voltage emergency control (OCVEC), in which the dynamics of loads and the continuous/discrete nature of control measures are fully incorporated. Based on this model, a methodology for emergently maintaining voltage stability against voltage collapse is developed, with global coordination on various controls distributed over different geographical locations. For the construction of the optimization problem, the integral of load bus voltage deviations is defined as the voltage stability performance index (PI). Following the variation principle in the optimal control theory, the sensitivities of the PI with respect to control operations are exactly derived and evaluated using results from the quasi-steady-state (QSS) fast time domain simulation so that the intricate and formidable OCEVC model can be transformed into a tractable mixed-integer linear programming problem. The merits of this approach have been demonstrated by the case studies on the New England test power system.
