Urban Refill Landscape Design as Urban Strategies

当前国内大量的为美化城市环境而进行的景观设计是一次重释城市空间内容及形式的历史机遇．文章通过8个“都市实践URBANUS”的都市造园案例来论述如何将零星的项目机会总结为系统化的城市设计策略。

This article explores the potential to use landscape design as a tool by redefining its role to re-program the urban public spaces in a context of sweeping urban development ubiquitous to Chinese cities. Eight projects by Urbanus are examined as cases that illustrate how each project can be seen as an opportunity to formulate a series of systematic urban design strategies and tactics.
