外滩18号楼是柯凯工作室在中国的第一个建筑设计实践项目。它再次证明在中国一座历史保护建筑能够重获生机并被改造成一座成功的时尚地标。文章通过对柯凯工作室主持建筑师高芾(Filippo Gabbiani)和狄安德(Andrea Destefanis)的访谈,了解他们在中国的建筑设计与实践。同时,通过意大利建筑师的视角来观察中国旧建筑改造的发展。
Kokaistudios .the renovation of the Bund 18 is their first project in china.
