摘要
论述了物料粉碎过程是耗散结构以及在物料粉碎过程中,超熵这-非平衡、非线性系统稳定性判据的特殊意义和作用,指出了超熵产的大小与破碎功耗之间的关系,并用自己设计的四套齿板,在XPC—150×125腭式破碎机上做了大量的试验,动腭齿板温度场有限元分析的结果验证了论点的正确性,其结论对破碎机腔形、齿形的优化和材料的选择均具有一定的指导意义.
This paper has stated that the process of material grinding is a dissipative construction . The special meaning and effect on material grinding basis of the steadiness of non-balance and non-linear system are discussed. The relation of the extra entropy production to the grinding power consumption has been pointed out. Experiments have been performed with the XPC-150 × 125 jaw crusher by four setS of tooth-shaped boards designed by the authors themselves. The result of the limited unit analysis on the temperature field of moveable tooth-shaped board proved the correctness of the authors thesis. The conclusion presents a directive function to the optimization of grinding machine carity and tooth, and the choice of materials.
