Improvement and application of the histological stain method in adenohypophysis

目的探讨腺垂体不同细胞的染色方法,提高显示效果。方法选择不同动物的脑垂体,进行染色比较,确定最佳动物供体和染色方法。结果六种细胞以不同的颜色清晰地显示在一张切片上,色彩艳丽。结论该染色方法稳定可靠,有利于对不同细胞的鉴别,适用于教学和科学研究。

Objective： To study the special stain method of different cells in the adenohypophysis. Methods： The hypophysis from several kinds animals was used in the experiment. In order to determine suitable animal sample and the best stain method, the slices of the hypophysises were stained with the special stain method that was improved. Results： Six kinds of cells within the adenohypophysis were demonstrated in different colors in the same slice. Conclusion： The good method is reliable and can easily distinguishing various kinds cells.
