经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)在椎体骨质疏松性骨折(OVCF)中的应用。方法19例患者接受了经皮椎体成形术治疗,患者均有明显腰背疼痛症状,在C形臂放射线机监视下经单侧或双侧椎弓根入路注入PMMA3~10ml,平均6ml。术后患者随访5~21个月。结果19例中,18例疼痛改善,有效率为94.7%,1例因疼痛服用消炎止痛药好转。疼痛缓解时间为术后3~48h内,平均26小时,随访观察发现止痛效果持久。结论PVP是治疗椎体骨质疏松性骨折的一种微创、安全、有效方法。 Objective: To evaluate the role of percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractureso Methods: 19 patients underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty. All patients suffered from persistent severe back pain. Unilateral or bilateral transpedicular approach were performed under X - ray fluobscopic guidance, a total dosage of 3 - 10ml bone cement was injected ( mean 6ml ) post - operation. All patients were follow - up for 5 - 21 months. Results Partial or complete relief of pain was obtained in 18 patients within 3 -48h (mean 26h) after the procedure. Follow -up observation showed analgesic effect was maintained and prolonged. Conclusion: Percutaneous vertebroplasty was a safe, effective and Micro - invasive treatment to treat osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.
