摘要
提出了一种新的除垢方案,并以水垢原样做试块进行切割试验.实验表明,合理选择切割速度、切屑厚度、切刀宽度等切割参数,可降低单位能耗,降低应力循环次数;减少刀具磨损,提高零部件寿命;提高切割效率和经济效益,为除垢和设计水垢切割机提供了依据.
A new way was introduced to remove water-dirt'in mine well,and practical cutting experiment have been performed. The cutting parameters, such as cutting speed, depth and width were optimixed to decrease energy consumption and tool's wear. The experimental results provide a scientific basis for designing the cutting machine.
