摘要
通过对物料在筒仓下部漏斗内流动及受力分析揭示了堵仑发生的原因.提出了防止措施,即将传统的雏形漏斗改为曲线形.给出了曲线参数计算公式及漏斗内壁耐摩处理办法.
Having analysed the phenomena that materials are flowing in the funnel at the lowerpart of the tube and the fricfional force on them, the causes of the tube blocking have been indicated. Therefore, effective measures to change the traditional taper funnel into a curve-shapedone, the calculating formula of the curve parameters and the method of risisting friction in theinside wall of the funnel have been given.
